Restaurant Amass ApS was taken under bankruptcy proceedings on 29 November 2022.
The trustee will examine different possibilities for transferring the assets (inventory, IPR, operating fixture and equipment etc.) to potential buyers that might continue the restaurant (potentially including the lease agreement and employees).
